The castle is located in the historical part of village since 700 years ago. It is surrounded by the Mediterranean sea you can take a boat and see the castle from outside and you can visit the inside too but if you are not from Peniscola you have to pay to get into the castle. The castle is important because is the greatest touristic attraction.

One of them is in front of the castle and has direct view of it, and the other one is in the backside of the castle and connects with the port. In our opinion, Peníscola is a cute place to visit in summer, to have good holidays, go to walk in the evenings and go out in the night to have a drink.
